Responsiveness to customers' needs

MRI staff prides itself on its ability to respond to customers' special needs. In addition to our established product line, we are able to create custom formulations that are used in a wide variety of global applications, providing cost-effective design solutions for demanding production requirements. 

MRI produces metal-coated conductive fillers of varying shapes and sizes. The base substrates include materials such as fibrillar carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and carbon nanofibers (CNFs), sheet-like layered silicate (LS) nanoclays and graphite (G) flakes, and three dimensional alumina (A) and silica (S) particles. MRI can coat these substrate materials with almost any amount of a highly conductive metal such as silver, copper and nickel to tailor the particle size, aspect ratio and conductivity of the ultimate conductive filler to meet your applications requirements.

MRI’s commercial and experimental products include various metal-coated conductive fillers, polymer thick film conductive pastes and cermet and solar pastes.
